Soy latte from Medici and clean-the-fridge-out fried rice. Curry, part 2
I had just a bit of peas-and-cheese curry left, plus some raita, so I decided to whip up a quick frittata. Just beaten eggs, a pinch of salt, and the warmed leftover curry, cooked in a pan with ghee. Lovely. 🙂
