Breakfast: tall soy mocha, not pictured.
Lunch at Banzai with N.: salmon nigiri and tofu ramen. We were 11 and 12.
Dinner at Chuy’s: frozen margarita and an appetizer plate. We never make it past the appetizer plate – it has queso, guacamole, sour cream, flautas, nachos and quesadillas. We can’t even finish this plate – what more do you need?
Dessert: Pepperidge Farm dark chocolate chunk cookie. We finally went to the grocery store. 🙂
Also, I’m completely obsessed with this game for the iPad called Little Things. I think it’s for kids, but I love it. You just search for objects, over and over. Playing it makes me sleepy, though.
Also, why are Mondays always so hard? I would like to petition for Mondays to be removed from the calendar. Or maybe there could be a law that work isn’t allowed to start until noon on Mondays, after everyone’s slept in a bit and had a nice cup of coffee and a leisurely breakfast. Someday, I’m going to wake up with enough time to have a leisurely breakfast before work. Someday.

I would like to petition for a four-day week: Fridays off, too! 😀
Ooh! Even better.
I just discovered your blog, and I love it! Your pictures are beautiful, as well as your menu choices!
Thank you so much! So glad you’re here. 🙂
ooh, I like the 4-day week idea! I got a leisurely breakfast this Monday which helped but it still felt mostly like a Monday! 🙂
I’m going to draft a letter to the powers that be requesting this 4-day week. We’ll see what happens. 🙂
