Oh, hi!
Just me and Roux in the kitchen. Tonight I’m braising Farmhouse cabbage in cream, rinsing Farmhouse lettuce for salads, and sauteing some stuffed chicken breasts for dinner. If we can somehow stay awake, we’re planning on going to a midnight screening for SXSW. We’ll see if we make it!

Brunch at FINO
Went to FINO last week with my pal Lindsay, and lucked out, because it was Restaurant Week! So I got to try three courses for the insanely low price of $15. House cured salmon with tzatziki and cracker bread – amazingly good… I officially love lebneh Tortilla Espanola with Roasted Peppers, Egg, Onions & Tomatoes…
