In which we embrace the plant-base
(Oh hi, it’s been a while, we’re changing things on…
breakfast at work: baguette and hot cocoa (made with soy milk)
lunch with A. at Taj Palace: buffet stuff. i also had a few bites of rice pudding.
dinner: leftover chickpea and leek soup, salad greens with avocado and ranch dressing. not pictured: a few potato chips with avocado.
dessert: i had two of these. i like to twist the sandwiches apart and eat each half separately.
