Friday started with snacks on the patio with our neighbors. Then J and I walked to Clark’s for oysters and a burger.

On Saturday morning, we hopped into Aimee & Josh’s car with their cute llamas.

We headed to Sweet Berry Farm near Marble Falls to pick strawberries!

We got to pet the donkeys and the goats. All I could think of was, “Hey Donkey. Say hi to your mother for me.”

Afterward we had lunch at Bluebonnet Cafe.

They are NOT messing around with their meringue.

Saturday night we had dinner with the Coops at Qui. It was stellar. And we saw pretty much the entire cast of Revolution there. Weird.

On Sunday, J and I had brunch at Elizabeth Street Cafe. I love that place so much.

Afterward we sat at Zilker Park with a to-go jug of sake punch and watched the afternoon go by.

Then we sat around our pool and chatted with so many new neighbors. I love where we live!

And on Monday morning, Kate left this lovely olive oil, lemon, and rosemary cake at my door.

I would have to say it was a fantastic birthday weekend.♥
