We are both so inspired by the tiny details of our trip!

On our first night in Firenze, we had dinner at Antico Fattore on the recommendation of Matteo, the owner of the apartment at which we were staying. It was just downstairs from the apartment, and it was SO perfect.

We had tripe alla Fiorentina, pasta with wild boar, bruschetta with cavolo nero and white beans, and ribollita. It was hefty but nourishing after such a long day of travel.

Also, it was cute. The waiter hummed old Italian tunes and brought out an extra tiny table when our many plates arrived.

Note to self: Find good tripe dishes in Austin.♥
