I love how Justin and I can be so different, but still the same. We both like movies. He likes Gladiator. I like Steel Magnolias. We both like Moulin Rouge.
He likes olives.
I like to cook with olive oil.
He likes video games.
I like crossword puzzles.
He likes sweet tea.
I like sweet tea.
He likes mountain biking.
I like yoga.
He likes running.
I like walking.
We both like to eat.
So when it’s time for lunch, our salads are different, but the same.
Mine has lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, black beans, homemade croutons, diced avocado, and Ranch dressing.
His has lettuce, whole cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, homemade croutons, olives, feta, diced avocado, and Greek dressing.
But still, we both had salad. 🙂

very cute. and its not about being the same, its about getting along
You make a perfect pair, and by the way, I’d eat either of your salads. (Maybe I’m just hungry?)
I absolutely LOVE your last line: “But still, we both had salad.” The simplicity of that is just beautiful. Love the post! Here is my addition to that list up above: Crys is weiss. Jestin is estup. 😀
So reminds me of Aaron and I…tee hee!
I love coming by to check your blog. You’re seem so happy with your life and it’s always a pleasure to see your new recipes. My life seems so chaotic sometimes and it’s nice to see someone who is happy and together and in a wonderful relationship. Thank you! 🙂
