Spicy vegetable pizza…my regular old pizza crust topped with marinara, cheese, and a saute of garlic, broccolini, shiitake mushrooms, and red pepper flakes. So scrumptious.
A little cracker given to me by my new co-worker, Li, who is also teaching me Mandarin…I don’t know what it says, but it tasted like a seasoned Ritz cracker.
Blueberry muffins this morning from this recipe…very tasty, though the crumb topping ended up melting all over the place.
Today, cleaning and groceries and reading and planning. Tomorrow, back to work.
