I hope you can make it to my book signing event on Tuesday, June 28th at 7:00 p.m. at BookPeople (603 N. Lamar). Apparently I will be speaking about the book (Hi! I ate stuff! It was good! And then I wrote about it!), and signing copies that you can buy in-store. I will probably be smiling a lot, and might be extremely nervous. But hopefully I’ll get to meet some of you for the first time, and hopefully I’ll keep it together enough to remember my name. Hope to see you soon!

yay! good luck crystal, happy day! :)x
I am going to try to make it, but Craig will be at work which means I will have the nugget. Bedtime is 7:30 so it will have to be a game-time decision. If I miss it, maybe you will sign a copy for me another time?
No worries, Andy – I’ll sign it for you anytime. (Or bring it to the shower tomorrow!) 🙂
I sent a copy to some of my donors in Portland who love food and come to Austin frequently. They love the book!
Yay! Thank you so much!
Yay!!! The day is finally here!!!!Good luck…love you!
Thank you, love you too!
Hey Crystal! I’m in the USA right now on a roadtrip (LA to NYC!) and I wish I was going through Texas to at least see you! 🙁
Omigosh! You’re soooooo close and still so far away! Have a wonderful trip – if you for some crazy reason have to swerve through Texas, let me know! 🙂
Hey Crystal! I’m a friend of Janeka’s who was hoping to make it in time to meet you at the book signing yesterday, but it looks like by the time 8:30 rolled around you were already gone! I’m sorry I missed you – was busy bottle-feeding kittens at Austin Pets Alive – but I got your book and I’m super excited to go through it. Been a fan of the blog for a while! Congrats on getting published – the book is awesome so far!
Hi Mippa! I’m so sorry I missed you – I think we left right around 8:30! And it was my fault – apparently the Facebook invitation said 7 – 10pm, instead of just 7pm. I’m so Facebook impaired…
Anyway, I’m glad you got the book, and thank you for reading! 🙂
Crystal, I hope it went swimmingly!
Thank you, Ai! It was way better than I had even hoped. 🙂
