I’m about to unveil to you some of my most embarrassing secrets.
Yes, I’m happily married. I do have a fabulous husband. But I am also hopelessly in love with many fictional characters. Such as:
Kartik from The Gemma Doyle Trilogy
“This is the world we live in, Gemma, for better or for worse. Make of it what you can.” (sigh)
Anakin Skywalker from Revenge of the Sith (just before he turns EVIL)
Edward Cullen from the Twilight Saga (of course)
(although this is more how I picture him)
Peeta Mellark from The Hunger Games
“I just want to spend every possible minute of the rest of my life with you.” (Swoon)
(Peeta!!!! Please please please let him be okay… I can’t WAIT for the third book, Mockingjay, to be released in August)
Tony Stark from Iron Man (or… maybe it’s just Robert Downey, Jr.)
Noah Calhoun from The Notebook
Aragorn, Legolas, Eomer and Faramir from The Lord of the Rings Trilogy
Mr. Darcy from Pride and Prejudice
I’m sure I’m forgetting other gallant, brave, romantic and/or tragic fictional men out there. Anyone else willing to share their hopeless crushes? 🙂

Agree with them all! Except for Edward Cullen. (Sorry. I hate Twilight, but if I had to pick I would choose Taylor Lautner)
That’s okay, that means more Edward for me. 🙂
Can’t see anything past Edward Cullen!!!……except maybe Legolas!
🙂 I’m glad we agree.
Ditto on Mr. Darcy. The scene in the rain? *dies*.
For the love of all that is holy, THE RAIN SCENE! (sigh)
Mr. Darcy.. yes. Must now go dust off my copy of Pride and Prejudice.
I think I’ll go dust off my DVD. 🙂
Definitely Wolverine. Not the one from the movies though, but the one from the comic books.
But do you know what? I think I’m married to him. I remember the first time I saw my husband, and he was exactly how I pictured Wolverine…
Awwww, how sweet! I forgot about the X-Men… I was a Gambit girl, myself. 🙂
i heart edward too! (my husband likes jacob better. clearly he’s in the wrong.)
