Stuff I like #2

Pugly Pixel, and her lovely side blog, Powered by Pastries. She provides FREE downloads of images, backgrounds, photoshop files (I’ve used her washi tape images before) – plus instructions on how to use all of them. I redesigned my desktop wallpaper above, dividing the space by category, then downloading cute icons for each folder. She also recommended using Desktop Notes, which stay pinned to your desktop and are perfect for to-do lists. I never knew my desktop could be so dang useful. Even better, you can become a Premium member and get all kinds of goodies for just $5 a month. Hopefully you guys will see some fun blog bling on here soon, (as I learn how to use it all).

Did you know that you can get your official 2010 Federal Taxpayer Receipt? You put in your information and it will tell you about how much of your tax dollars were spent on different government categories. So freakin’ cool. (via Swiss Miss)

Aimee Wenske has started a separate blog just for her food photography. Every photo is just gorgeous.

Have I ever mentioned Miss Moss? Hands-down, my favorite blog. Her style and ideas and music and tastes are so similar to mine that I feel like I’m reading a magazine tailored just to me every time I read her blog.

Brian Ferry visited St. John Hotel and mentioned the Little Bun Moment. This idea, the writing, the photo – this is what life should be about.

Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!
