A can of sardines, drained of their oil and dusted lightly in flour. Fried in a little fresh oil (the other stuff is way too fishy) for two minutes, then slapped between two pieces of bread spread with mayonnaise, with thickly sliced cucumber. (aka lunch tomorrow)
