I love how Justin and I can be so different, but still the same. We both like movies. He likes Gladiator. I like Steel Magnolias. We both like Moulin Rouge. He likes olives. I like to cook with olive oil. He likes video games. I like crossword puzzles. He likes sweet tea. I like sweet tea. He likes mountain biking. I like yoga. He likes running. I like walking. We both like to eat. So when it’s time for lunch, our salads are different, but the same. Last week, our lovely friends Chad & Lindsay made this spectacular dish for us. It was creamy and fresh and delicious, and we’ll be making it again very soon. I probably would have never made it on my own, because of the goat cheese, but I am a changed woman. Goat cheese, get in my pasta!
